All Growthspurt parties last about 3 hours.

• Open to the Possibilities - Live a life that brings you joy!
  This Growthspurt includes a guided visualization for the group, and the creation of individual "Who do I Be?" Values Sheets.
  Based on my Cornerstone coaching sessions, this is a powerful experience, and the ideal choice for a first Growthspurt gathering.
• Applying the "Secret" Law of Attraction
  At this gathering we will view the original version of "The Secret," and follow that with a coaching talk (with Q & A) about how to APPLY the Law of Attraction in your life.
  Participants will come away with new tools to use in their daily lives.
• Enlightened Health
  This Growthspurt includes an Ideal Body visualization, coaching talk and tips on allowing your best body. This is a compact version of the Enlightened Health workshops.
• Finding Peace in Your Life
  This Growthspurt will focus on tools to enhance your inner peace. A guided visualization will be included, along with several ideas and tips for meditation.
• Wheel of Life
  What is working or what's not working in your life? We will examine many different areas of your life to discover imbalances and determine current focus.
• Come Out of Your Cocoon
  Releasing your baggage and feeling freedom. This Growthspurt includes a guided visualization and interactive coach talk.
• Life Purpose Discovery
  Do you know your life purpose? This Growthspurt will help you determine your true path.

Hostess Benefits

• Hostess and guests have opportunity to receive a free individual session, plus micro-session follow up
• 8 to 20 guests* - $45 per guest (hostess is free), plus hostess will have choice of free guided visualization CD
• Hostess will receive $10 off any party booked from her party
• With 14 paying guests, hostess may receive a coupon to attend a party booked directly from her party for free
• With 18 paid guests, hostess will receive a month of free coaching in place of one free session with follow-up

No children are allowed at the party because this is a special time to focus on your personal growth.
Teens may participate as paying guests with hostess approval - And, this is a great party idea for older teens!
